Position holder will be responsible to primarily do manufacturers enlisting on the b2b portal. Once there is a sizeable listing of a set category, the job of the ASM is to upsell various services to generate revenue through various products of the B2B portal.
Once clients convert from enlisted status to revenue clients, the management of the client as a single point of contact becomes the primary task of the ASM.
Primary role: Update database with relevant information | Enlisting of Manufactures | Retention of customers | Renewals of product contracts | Upselling various of products becomes the core KRA’s of the ASM
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Update manufacturer’s database and making outbound calls to explain the USP of the B2B portal for getting manufacturers consensus for enlisting of manufacturers is the primary agenda.
• Build a strong relationship with customers by understanding their requirement in order to suggest the right solution/ product to them
• Resolving customer queries, explaining product features and how to utilize them to the best extent is key to selling and generating revenues
• Enlist manufactures and upsell e-Shoppe development, retain relationships and engage customers for maximizing revenue by upselling different products.
• Making sure there is a customer delight in every engagement by ensuring smooth rendering of services
• Acting like a consultant to the manufactures by offering them recommended services and solutions that suit them.
• Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets set by the TL / Product Managers
Knowledge:
• The candidate should have hands on experience in tele-calling, tele-selling and managing clients that are primarily from small home and kitchen appliances.
• The candidate should preferably have knowledge of upselling various promotional e-products solutions to manufacturers
