Roles & Responsibilities:
Management and delivery of defined business plan with the highest levels of team performance and reliability with an outcome of customer delight, broadly defines the role of the PCM/TL
Proactively defining team management milestones to be achieved and identifying as well as resolving both operational and strategic issues/ risks that may impact the team's ability to meet projected goals of the categories handled.
The candidate will work as a business team leader for 5 to 7 ASMs and will be accountable for the objectives and business results that have been planned and laid out for the categories allocated and handled.
The job would entail creating a road map for the categories being handled based on task assigned ; the role would entail defining daily and weekly task, revenue targets for ASM’s and ensuring the task and revenue targets are met as per the timeline committed.
Breaking down and defining / scoping the actions of the category wise business plan by working closely with customers that need aid or those that have specific customized needs. PCM/TL should be seen by manufactures as solution providers that offers the apt solution for manufacturers.
Monitor the health of all revenue products at all times through detailed performance data analysis of the categories being handled along with the identification of associated risks and implications that could hamper timelines.
Innovatively working with the management team and other TL’s to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure goals are clearly defined for any new product development that could be beneficial to both customer and company.
Represent the team and their performance to the management team as well as lead the resolution of any cross-functional issues.
