•Revenue generation by selling “IT Infrastructure Services & Solutions (Datacenter Solution, SERVER & STORAGE Solutions)” in Government Sector and Private Sector.
• Participate in Government Procurement Projects through tenders.
• Visiting, meeting and building relationship in government sector.
• Working in co-ordination with Sales, Presales, Account Managers and Project Managers.
• Co-ordination with all team (Sales team, Purchase team, Technical support, Operations Team) to process bid/Tender related activities and PO related process.
• Regularly interacting with end user, customers for closed deals to make customer satisfy.
• Coordination and Price negotiation with OEM’s.
• Co-ordination with internal team as well as external team and giving them complete backend support.
• Prepare quotation as per customer requirement and share with partners & Customers.
• Handle customer query related to product via call or Email.
• Maintaining Daily calls report, funnel report & MIS.
• Payment follow-ups with customers and partners.
